9/23/24 Process Post (At Home + Class #2)

IN-CLASS PROJECT

I decided that I am going to try and replicate the effect of oil iridescence with pen and ink and colored pencil, as it is in line with my dystopian theme, and I can acheive my artist and teacher goals of more contrast and more color.

AT HOME PROJECT

For my home project, I have started planning what my composition is going to look like. I'm most likely going to go with a zoomed in part of a robot body part instead of an entire body like I did for my summer project, which I think could benefit from zooming in to get better details. I also think including an actual background and surface will help make the contrast a lot better, which was something I thought was lacking in my summer project.
